The investigation in the flow field particularly the miscible - phase flow field in a subsurface pump is the key to improvement of the performance of the pump 研究泵內(nèi)流場尤其是混相流流場,是改善抽油泵性能的關(guān)鍵所在。
Besides , it is suggested that the diagnosis and analysis technique of the working conditions of the subsurface pump be further developed and improved to ensure the effective and reliable operation of oil pumping equipment 此外,建議進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和完善玻璃鋼抽油桿柱超深抽采油的井下泵工況診斷與分析技術(shù),確保抽油設(shè)備高效可靠地運(yùn)行。
The device consists of a single - phase flow test device , which can make a real simulation of the downhole working conditions and the flow of the liquid in the subsurface pump , and a miscible - phase flow test device , which can simulate various oil - gas ratios 這種裝置由單相流試驗裝置和混相流試驗裝置構(gòu)成,前者能比較真實地模擬井下的各種工況和抽油泵內(nèi)液體的流動狀態(tài),后者可模擬不同的油氣比。
